Migrating forms from one account to another

Is there a way to migrate forms from one user account to another user account?

We do not expose the ability to move or transfer forms directly to the customers at this moment, but our Support Staff can happily move any forms you wish from one of your accounts to another.

Please make a request as clear as possible, and make it from the account that owns these forms. Example:

Please move the following forms [form ID numbers] from my account fusionmaine to the account [username you wish to receive the forms].

Upon making such a request, one of our active colleagues from the Support Staff will look into moving the forms for you and will let you know of the outcome.

Important: please remove any sharing from these forms prior to requesting them to be moved, to avoid any possible corruption from the transfer process.

Moving / transferring the forms to another account will move all its associated data as well, such as all of the submissions and received files sent through these forms.

Please also note that we offer the ability for you to share your forms with your sub-user accounts.
