Print Submissions in original form PDF format.

I would like my submissions to be in the same layout as the original PDF form format.

How do i print my submissions in the same format as a form that has not been completed?

You can download your form submissions in PDF format. You can also allow headers, images and text fields to be added to the PDF submission.

However, even with text and images enabled, I'm afraid that we can't fully render PDF submissions to look exactly like the form.
