Change Custom JotForm Link or Username

Good morning guys,

I have personalized my JotForm link: https://secure.jotformz.com/gustavocostacarvalho/formularioveiculo

But my name(username account) is written in the link, so it would be unprofessional to send to clients this custom link, it would be better if I could change my account username to the name of the company F. Costa Carvalho...but I noticed it is not possible to do it. Am I have do delete my account and do other to have my custom link?

The customized link will always contain your username.

Customized links are always in the format of https://secure.jotform.com/username/custom-page

(It may be on another one of our domains, such as on secure.jotformz.com in your case.)

You do not need to delete your account. We can also change your username, upon your request, if your desired new username is not already taken by somebody else.

Please note that after changing your username, all of your old custom links containing your current username will simply fail to load, since your account and the forms would be under the new name.

I have changed your username to "fcostacarvalho" as per your request.  I also went ahead and updated your subscription with our payment provider to reflect the new username.  You should now be able to create a the custom link to you were looking for.
