I love you software app - thanks! My question is about seeing the info and the form

I have made several forms.  I understand how to send the fields from the forms to myself or to the person as extracts in an email and know how to edit that email.

I would really like to be able to send the entire document they saw and answered to myself - can you explain please how to do this - it is a model release so I want their answers shown in the context that they answered them.

I have set up the emails so they duplicate the form etc but maintenance when I want to fine tune the document is a bit more difficult to say the least!  Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi,

Thank you for the kind words!  Though there is not currently a way to get your full filled in form emailed along with your submission data, it is possible to have a PDF copy that looks much more like the form sent along with the data.  While editing your notification, click on the PDF link to include it where you would like in your notification/autoresponder:

You would also need to set your submissions to include headers and text:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

This will at least give them a copy that has the full text of your form, as well as any images, along with the data.

This will be much easier to manage form updates since the layout of the PDF updates with the layout of your form.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
