How do I have the recipient email address with a fixed domain name to send autoresponders?

I have created an Autoresponder using the Email from Quick Tools.  Super-easy.  Thanks!

    Question:

All of the recipients will have the same last address.  (@southark.edu).

Is there any way to have the "@southark.edu" portion of the be automatically added?

i.e.  If the user types in "joe" in the textfield, the email registered in the form would be registered "joe@southark.edu"

    Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    CH

Yes. It is possible by using a text box to enter the username and a hidden text box to merge the username with the domain name.

Now, we'll need to add a condition to concatenate username and domain to email address.

This email address field needs to be selected in the Recipient email address field from Email setup wizard.

Please see the demo form below :

I've left the email address field to display on the form to show how the domain is added to the username. Please feel free to clone this JotForm to your account to see how it works.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
