Change my username

    Please change my username from:

     

    Old: bradsibley

    New: mockingbird

    Hello bradsibley,

    There seems to be two issue here:

    #1. Upon checking your account, I found that you have you have upgraded your account using PayPal payment gateway.

    We can change your account username but we will not be able to apply your premium monthly subscription payment to your new username. You will have to actually cancel your subscription and upgrade your account again with new username.

    #2. The username "mockingbird" is not available anymore. It has already been taken. Please let us know your other desired username. You can check yourself if any username is still available. You can click on this URL to check that. Please check the screenshot below:
