I need to transfer two forms that I created under "mangomaddy" from JupiterTequestaDogClub@gmail.com to my account at mangomaddy@aol.com

    I need to transfer Clone of JTDC Animal Questionnaire and Clone of Jupiter Tequesta Dog Club Registration Form.  I AM CURRENTLY SIGED IN TO BOTH ACCOUNTSlone of JTDC Animal

    Hi,

    I was able to find the original forms but not the clones of them in your current account.  If you would like those forms moved from you other account to this account, "mangomaddy", please make the request from your other account and include that you would like them moved to the user "mangomaddy" and we will be happy to move them.
