My form data is not clearing when after submitting a form

when the form is embedded on my website and when I access it directly using the email link the last information entered into the form shows in the fields.  The submit button is working, it does record the submission and send the email but every time I try to go back to enter new information it shows the previous submissions info in the fields. 

I have checked your form setting and I see that you enabled the 'Continue Forms later' property.

This feature saves the forms last entry data that was done in the browser and auto fills it every time the form is loaded, your expiry date is set to 1 day.

To disable this feature follow the following instructions

Goto Setup&Embed -> Preferences [Advanced Settings]

Click on the 'Edit Autofill Settings' in 'Continue Forms Later' section

Set the flag to Disabled and save the changes

Clear your browser cache and history.

Re-embed your form

Test your form
