I would like to use a different card to pay for my subscription.
There's no way to update the billing info on the website?

Since you're paying using your credit card, you have to modify your credit card details through our 3rd party payment processor Plimus. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account.
Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website.
In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here.

Hi, plimus would not let me log in.
my original subscription number was S-76P16109BK184160K, but they said invalid or whatever and would not let me reset password.
please help because they are going to auto debit my old card on the 24th... i need to change it thank you...

The subscription number is from Paypal.
To change your billing information, please login to your Paypal account and do it there. If you cannot change your billing information and you don't want to get debited on the 24th, you can cancel your subscription for the mean time until you have it fixed and then resubscribe again.
