    Hi,

    I checked the form embedded to your Facebook page and it appears to be working properly:

    I cloned form to test it and I was able to submit the forrm without issue.  May I ask what specifically your users are saying is not working?  As far as I can tell the form should be working properly.  You do, however, have a few incomplete payments for your form:

    Check to make sure your PayPal settings are correct in your form.  The proper email address entered and make sure your account is able to accept payments.
