Forms disabled

    Hi, ¿how can i re-enable my forms?

    in the first form the user have the choise to select if they want use their facebook account for a service that i sell but if they do not want, they can select the other option.

    in this form, I am working for finance to my users in a networker business,
    I am going to send for all a mount of $40 dollars into tcheir second acount, but for security i need the password of that secondary payza account or they may transfers the funds to another payza account.

    all members are aware of this.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we do not allow form fields that mimics a password, you are also asking for a Payza email address and a password on it, aside from that your form is asking IDs for verification. If you need to collect payment, you can integrate the payment processors that we support, you can find it under the Payment Tools section.

    We cannot allow these forms as they collect sensitive information, we can only activate your account if you will avoid creating similar forms. Please check our Terms page here under "Phishing" section for the things that we do not allow in the form creation.
