How to properly set-up recipients for email notification?

    For some odd reason, my JotForm is not sending confirmation messages to the email notifying the person that a submission has been made.

    Are you talking about the email notification received when a form submitter submits your form?

    It is possible that you have done all of the instructions above but when you Test Mail the email notification still doesn't go to the email address you placed on the Recipient E-mail field. 

    If you are using the Test Mail button, email notification are being sent to the email address used in creating your JotForm account by default.

    What I would recommend is when you would like to test your notification, use the Preview button instead, fill up your form and click submit. Then, that's the time you check your email notification on the email address you set on the Recipient's field
