Compiling submissions from one email address.

We have several assignments (Forms) and would like to compile assignments per person. The easiest way would be by email address.

Please advise on how to do this.

    For example,

    Form 1 (Lesson 1), Form 2 (Lesson 2), Form 3 (Lesson 3) for Student 1.

What is the best way to compile these results in one spreadsheet, or at least in one place where they could be retrieved easily?

    Thank you in advance.

You might try to use a Combine Submissions App to combine the data from different forms into a single CSV file.

It is also possible to generate a separate Grid Listing report for each form, and then embed these reports into a single web page. The data will not be combined, but you will be able to use a search bar on each report to filter the data.

    Thank you.

Yes, I tried the combine subs app but the audio links were not being transferred.

What is the best way to do this?

Can you please try clearing forms cache and try again? Do you mean uploaded files? Or links entered through normal text boxes?

It would be nice if you let us know what the forms and field (that host the audio links) are, so we can test further.

I combined the Part 2 Audio Submissions form with the audio submissions, and Part 2 General Anatomy Form with Word documents upload.

The word documents links work fine.

But the Audio submissions link or the question did not even show up on the spreadsheet:

Thanks if you can look into this,

For the Audio files, I see that it is being recorded using the "Voice Recorder" widget, is that correct? I believe you already have a separate thread for it, please refer to this one: http://www.jotform.com/answers/568806. I've handled that issue and already forwarded the problem to our developers to have it check. You can post your reply there for your follow up concerns or questions. I've also suggested a possible workaround that you can use when combining your submissions in a spreadsheet. Please do check that link instead.

    Thank you.
