    Conditional redirect to another form

Asked by Ron  on May 15, 2015 at 12:49 AM

I am wanting to design a quote request multipage form.

It requires branching (jump to) from submitted field to another form for further selection (conditional logic?),

For  example 1st form asks for selection from dropdown box.

Selected answer would then direct to another form for completion.

This could nest several forms deep.

    Can you provide this?

Also does Jotform provide import of lists into dropdown or list fields? If so, what limits of selections.

I am assuming I will require a paid subscription.

    Hello Ron.

Please note that we can only assist with a single question or issue per thread, so your second question has been moved here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/570384

Yes, you can use Conditional Logic to Change Thank You URL after submission and redirect people to a second form, based on what their selection was on the first form.

However, please note that each form will have its own separate list of submissions.

The user would be redirected to a second form upon completing their first form.

You can also pre-populate values on the second/nested forms based on the values from the form before, by following this guide: Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Please take a look at the following demo to see the Conditional Redirects in action: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51342845683965

You can clone it to take a closer look at how the Conditions are set up.

Please let us know if you need further help or clarification, we will be happy to assist you.

    Kind regards,
    Boris.
