How can form fields be hidden from the submission email?

Why does the form send the cc info along with the form ?    How can that e hidden from the email sent?

I did check all your forms and did not find any CC info.

Please be noted that you should not have form fields in your form asking for customer's credit card details in form.  If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. 

If you want some of your form fields to not to be included in your submission emails, you will have to actually delete them form your form's notification email template. Please check the screenshot below how to edit your email template:
