JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
As far as I understand, you want to attach DWG and DXF model files to your form. The forms are rendered in browsers and the browsers are unable to render those files and display them like images.
You can however use images of your rendered files and attach them to your forms.
I've attached a screencast that shows you how.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Visual information is always better :)
In the image attached you can see what is the problem for us: our designers have to fill in the form when they have inquiries about some products, sometimes they have to attach DWG or DXF files (so those files can be downloaded by the people who get those inquiries) but it is not possible.
May this be changed?
Yes, you can change the allowed file types in upload fields.
You can read more in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types
Please don't forget to click on OK after changing the file types, and also to repeat this for all the upload fields where you want to change the allowed file types.
Please try it out and let us know if you need further help or assistance.
