    Hi,

Thanks very much for your reply.

I've tried the Form Tab Widget, and although this works, I'd only really like to show the first page, and I can't seem to remove the other pages from the tabs.

Here's the link to the form if you can offer any more guidance for me: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51333204023336.  Or maybe there is a different way I should have designed the form?

Appreciate any help you can give as this is new to me!

    Many thanks,

    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understood your process flow in your form correctly. May I know why you would like to have an anchor link from 4th page to 1st page? Is it after a submit or you would just like to navigate back? I believe this can be achieve using the Skip function in the Conditional logic. You can learn more about it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.

You can also add this code at the end of your form URL to navigate users to specific pages.

    "?jumpToPage=4".

    Example:

    http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51333204023336?jumpToPage=4

Do let us know if that helps.

    Thank you.
