Will I be able to delete my account and leave JotForm when I choose to and will I be charged if I were to upgrade my account to Premium and then quit?

Hi,

I have two questions.

1. I would like to upgrade to Premium for a year from Free account and I would like to know if I can delete my account any time during the next 12 months? 

2. I had created a form in a system and moved to another where I completed the form and saved it too but when I moved to my 1st PC and opened the incomplete form I realized that the form was auto saved resulting in me loosing all the changes I had made, Will I be able to restore my form to previous?
