    Premium subscription is still active after upgrading to Economy

    Hi,

     

     

    I upgraded my account to economy plan on 29th April and here is the paypal SUBSCRIPTION id S-3BJ54442NA965003M

    and here is the transaction id paypalUnique Transaction ID: 883309366K839981G

    Now again I was billed for basic 9.99$ paln on 6th may Subscription Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID: 4MT575968U209642V)

    now why I got billed twice. And again I get your email that my quota is full as per basic plan. What is this ?

     

    Resolve it asap.

    I see that you have upgraded your account from Premium to Economy. Upon upgrading to Economy on 29th April, the account subscription changed to Economy. Since the subscription is paid through PayPal, it is required to cancel the existing subscription manually from PayPal. Hence, the premium subscription remained active on your account and renewed again on 6th May in which changed the account subscription to Premium.

    I've changed your account subscription plan to Economy now. I'm sending a refund request for the recent payment of $9.95 for Premium subscription and cancellation as well so that you'll not billed on this subscription again. Please allow 4 to 5 business days to process the refund.
