Editing submissions layout and printing

When I view submissions, the formatting is different than how it appears on the form.  On my form, a date and text box are side by side but when I view a  submission and print the two boxes are listed above one another.

Specifically, if you view my form, you can see that "Date" and "Treatment" are side by side. But when I view submissions or print, "Treatment" is listed under "Date." I want to retain the same formatting (side by side) when I print. Any thoughts?

I didn't see any "treatment" field beside date field.

Unfortunately, you cannot customize the layout of your submissions. Although, you can show the headers and texts. However, you can print the submission with the same appearance as your form by adding the {edit_link} in your email notifier. In the email notifications you will see "Edit submissions" link. If you click it, it will take you to the form where the field is already pre-populated with answers.

I've been trying to do this and it's not showing up in my email notifications. Any thoughts?

Are you referring to add the {edit_link} tag my colleague suggested? If so, you need to click the "Unlock Data Table" button to be able to add this to your notifier.

Let us know if this is what you're referring to or not.
