Why is there an error message when uploading an image?

    Everything was fine for my form for me but when I sent it to the client they had an error when trying to upload a picture:

     

    {"message":"5Gspeciality_r2z017636_426x288.jpg","success":true,"duration":"0.001"}

     

    The also could not submit the form "I clicked on submit but nothing happened. The screen stayed the same, no error no success message"

     

    As you can see my client was using internet explorer but I am not sure which version. 

     

    I cannot recreate the issue here on my internet explorer. Can you help?

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. I am unable to view the screenshot you have included in your post as I am getting a broken image no matter how many times I have refreshed the page. You must have posted the image directly from Google.

    However, I have tried opening your form and was able to submit it successfully (with no errors) after cloning it on three different browsers: Google Chrome(v42), FireFox(v37.0.2) and Internet Explorer 11. 

    It is possible that the issue is with the browser. I would recommend for you to try to use different browser's on your end to test your form or your website.

    Also, if you could provide us the website where you embedded your form, that would be great. It is also possible that there are conflicts between your web site's scripts and the form's scripts. For this, I would recommend for you to re-embed your form using the iFrame code if you are not using it now.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. It isn't embedded on a website yet I just gave my client the direct link to the form so no problems with that. 

    Do you have any other suggestions. I have tried testing it here and everything is fine so I am not sure what the next steps are. Here is the screen shot...

    Can you please try using the actual URL of your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50606106667353

    I could not reproduced the issue when I test the form

     

     

     

    submission was successful and I see the Thank You page
