Field width overlaps form area

    Hello,

     

    I want my form field max 645px and two of my fields are crossing the form width. Its a radio button. How can i fix it? it tired everything. Please help

    I cloned your form for testing purposes, I implemented my changes here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51345867830966. Could you check if my cloned form gives you a better result, if it does, you can clone it instead by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

    These are the things I changed:

    1. I set all the fields to have "Label Align" to "Top".

    2. I set the Preferences->Responsive Form to "No". 

    3. Do not disable the "Make this form responsive" in the Form Designer tool. Leave it as enabled.

     

    Try checking if this gives you a better layout in your form preview.

    It was fix but again same issue and i did what you said.

    Still not responsive it's cutting off on mobile.
