set up Paypal Express so user can use either credit card or Paypal account

After talking with Paypal we were advised to contact JotForm to make sure the variables are set up correctly with Paypal Express for users to have the option to use either their credit card OR Paypal account:

Please set it up with:

   solutiontype = sole

   landingpage = billing

If this is something I can do, please advise.

Hello Marti,

With the current setup of PayPal Express on JotForm, it is required to have a PayPal account to pay with credit card.

However, PayPal Pro integration currently supports to accept credit cards as the direct payment in which you may consider adding to your JotForm.

Let me forward this issue to our back end team to check if this is something we can implement. I cannot guarantee that it will be implemented or a time frame to implement at the moment. However, if there is any update you'll be posted through this thread.

Please do note that this does not work on subscriptions (PayPal limitation).
