Can I let a user clone/duplicate text fields?

Hi,

If the user wants to enter additional information, the goal is to have a button that allows the user to duplicate several form fields. e.g. it would be called "Add Another" and every time the user clicks it it creates another set of the same form fields.

Is that possible?

Yes it is possible by duplicating the fields and then add some conditions so that they display those fields if user chooses to add another entry.
