Need to go over new subscription

We are a new user to JotForm, we need assistance with a big project.  One issue I am running into is an upload picture error of the image size being to big to upload by taking picture.

You can change the upload size limit for your file upload field by clicking on the field, then clicking on the "Max File Size" button in the toolbar:
