Form not working in Chrome for Android

I am having a problem with the form in Android. 

All the responsive options are checked in the form maker preferences and the form designer. The form works and looks fine and responsive on the computer as well as my iPhone and iPad, however on Chrome for Android on my HTC One M8 the "Next" button on the form does not work and for some reason the "Back" button is showing on the bottom of the first page even though it should not and does not appear on the other devices. This seems to only happen when I try to use the secure link to the form, which I would prefer.

I have checked the form with Chrome for Android using both standard and secure links, and form worked well here.

Is this happening with embedded SSL form? Can you please provide us with a link to the web page in question?
