As I check your account, I am able to see about 9 JotForms in your account. I've cleared the form cache of your account from my end. Please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below and then try logging into your account :

Also, I notice that your account is overlimit with the storage space. Please be noted that the free accounts are limited to store only 100MB of files received from submissions. You'll need to clear the storage space by deleting some submissions that are having attachments.
