I don't receive emails on some submissions. I am using GMail and search "all mail" and "spam" and it's not there. The last order we received is an example for "richard green"

According to our email history, the messages are being sent.
Your email alerts configured to use custom sender address, so they use are being emailed from our own mail servers. In this case, you can try to whitelist our mail IPs via Google Apps.
If this is not going to work we can provide you with alternative sending options.
