    Hi,

I have conditions set on my form; namely show/hide fields. These work perfectly on my form preview (accessed from the form builder toolbar), and also when using an iframe on my website. However, when using the embed code, the conditions don't want to work, and all the fields show.

I've read past forum posts about embedding forms - everyone is told that the website's code is incompatible with Jotform's, causing the conditions to glitch. However, before copying the embed code, I clicked on "Preview" (from the embed form wizard), and even Jotform's own preview (see 2nd link above) is messing up the conditions. This is therefore not a problem with just my website, but also your own, surely? If so, shouldn't this be fixable on your end?

Sorry if I'm jumping to conclusions - I just want a dynamic-heighted form without the big white space I get at the bottom of the page when using an iFrame.

Thanks very much in advance. :)

    Harry Zacharias.

    Hi Harry,

I checked the form on website and I can see that it currently embedded using the script embed code. At the moment, I could not point out yet which condition statement is not working.

Can you please mentioned which of the conditional statement fails to work

Please take note also, that since you have enabled AutoFill in the form, the saved session data can caused conflict with the Conditional Statement.

This is because if there are saved data on the session, the conditional statement will be able detect the existing data, thus it will behave differently when condition is triggered

You can also check with AutoFill OFF on the form. Check if the issue is resolve by this already.

Hope this help. Let us know if the issue persist.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I just checked the form again (I made no changes), and it seems to be working fine now on the website. I will update this topic if it happens again after trying your tips.

Thanks for the speedy reply, Jonathan! :)

    Hello,

    I'm facing the same issue.

Conditional fields are displaying when my page with embed code loads.

Also when a user enters an information in a conditional field, no data is sent.

When I refresh the page, conditional fields  are hidden.
