I have a form in this URL:

But I can't see the form (to edit) in my JotForm account.

    Any way to fix this?

    Hi Walter,

The form on that link was created under an unregistered "guest account" which relies on your browser's cookies for identification. To copy that form into your current account, you have to import the form manually using the form's exact URL:

Please visit the link below to learn how to import the form into your account:

Remember that you'd have to re-embed the form using the new codes generated from your registered account.

Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you so much and have a great day!

Sorry to say but submissions won't be included, you have to ask your client again to resubmit their data. Thanks.

I took a quick look at your form and I can view it perfectly. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and then look at it again to see if this helps you any?
