I went ahead and check your forms: http://www.jotform.com/form/12970750280, "Make a Reservation" and form http://www.jotform.us/form/40957581110149, "Make a Reservation Canyon Rental", none of them are secure forms, https.
In order for you to change your forms from http to https do as follows:
1 - Get your form in edit mode, from the upper tool bar click on Embed Form, the Embed Form Wizard screen will pop up, click on Secure form, this will changes to https://secure as shown below, so then your forms will be secured.
