How can i get credit card details by using your forms?

I set up a credit card form ssl to do this and you disabled my account. Please help me to get credit card details by a form. I do tarot card readings and people need to pay me before I do the tarot reading for them. I don't want to take it on the phone as I feel it is their responsibility to fill the form and that makes them responsible for the payment. Tina

Using credit card fields outside of Payment tools is against our Terms of Use and our Phishing system will disable your forms and suspend your account. To avoid this you need to use Payment forms.
