Printed Forms

    Do I need to build two forms - one for web and one to print.

    We don't want two points of truth and need to have printed forms for those who do not like electronic forms.

    You don't need to create two forms anymore, there are ways for you to print your form exactly the way it looks like electronically. and you can give your user that option as well.

    Here's what you can do: 

    Supposed you already have created your form.

    All you need to do next is add a Print button to your form so submitters will have an option to just have a hard copy of your form instead.

    Another thing that you can do is download a PDF copy of your form and email it to your preferred submitters so they can print it as wel on their end. Here's how: 

    Go to "My Forms" and follow the instruction on the image below.
