Can you please help me transfer a form to another account?

Hi, I was wondering if you could please help me copy one of my forms to another JotForm account?

The form I want to transfer is titled:"Trustee Declaration of Interests Form" (http://www.jotform.com//?formID=50492087764362) and the account I would like it copied to is PeopleKnowHow.

Your help would be much appreciated.

I would like to apologize, I just would like to clarify your request. You would want to transfer the form to a different account, just like what the title on this thread states or you just would like to copy the form to a different account?

If you would like to transfer, we can definitely do that for you as you have requested using the Account names you have provided.

However, if you just want to copy the form to a different account. You can just clone the form using that other account (PeopleKnowHow).

Here's how: 

On "My Forms", click the Create Form button. 

After clicking Create Form, the pop-up window shown on the image below will show:

Click "Import" under Import form to clone an existing form or import form from a web page.

Cloning an existing form will let you Clone a form under the same account. On the other hand, Importing a form from a web page allows you to enter the Form URL of the form that you would like to clone to your account.

In your case, the Form you URL is this: http://form.jotform.com/form/50492087764362

Please be noted that when you clone a form, the cloned version of the form will have a different Form ID and you might need to update the one already embedded on your web page if there's any.

I have cloned your form and notice that it already has a different form URL as shown in the image below.

You need to login to the account see the form in the My Forms page.
