Account Suspended with in an hour of sign up

I am looking for a Adobe replacement and imported my file to your service. Made a new form and got suspended due to terms of use. I did nothing that would violate this.

Please make sure all of forms and erased and my account is 100% deleted. I cant work with a service that suspends users for no legitimate reason.
