I'm unable to see my form when I login to my account

    the form is still visible on my website wwwspokanepowerlifting.com but when I went to edit and add an additional question on the form, I can't find it!!

    Help!!!! I need to edit the form asap!!!

    I've inspected the provided URL and found a Registration link here: http://dsnowpfz.wix.com/spokane-powerlifting#!competition-info/cuy0 which redirects to this form: http://form.jotform.us/form/50985233978167 

    Is this the form you're referring to? If so, I was able to see it in your account with no problems.
