How to reset my password? I do not have access to my account profile email address.

    Hi!

    I forgot my Jot Form username to edit one of my forms, unfortunately also I recently lost access to my email account (this is the reason why I want to access to Jotform, in order to change the account I am currently receiving the emails that my customers send me). Is there another way to reset my account?

    Hello Arturo,

    I did check your website contact us page where you have embedded your contact form. The email address used in the account profile is "aesp*****93@hotmail.com". 

    Is this your email account? Do you still have access to this email address? Since it is a hotmail account you should be able to reset the password?

    We will not be able to reset the account email address or password until you prove that account is yours. I see the account is very much active and being used by someone and forms seems to have been last edited just yesterday. If you want I can send an email to the current profile email address and wait for the response.

    I would like to know where to change the email that will receive the submissions of my forms.
