    Dear team,

I have downloaded submissions to my form in pdf. However, some submissions with uploaded files show the files without clicking on links, some submissions show only the links and I have to click on the links to view the uploaded files one by one.

Is there any ways to make all the uploaded files show up in the pdf submission without clicking on any links?

    Thanks for your support.

    Hello Quan.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to embed all kinds of files into your PDF submissions. We do try to make it as seamless and easy as possible, so we do offer direct links to any files that can't be embedded right into your PDF submissions.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are happy to help.

    Kind regards,
    Boris

Thanks Boris. It would be good if such function is available in the next update of Jotform. Otherwise, I can see very little difference between Gooogle form and Jotform for my purpose.

    Hi,

May I know what you would like to achieve? Do you want to view the uploaded PDF file in your submissions PDF? The PDF reader allows viewing of the actual uploaded image. But I believe it is not quite possible to view a document or a PDF file directly on another PDF file, you need to download the PDF or document file then view it on a PDF reader, either an Adobe Reader, Foxit or on a web browser.

You might want to consider checking this guide on how to download all the uploaded files directly to your computer instead:

Method 1: Downloading File Uploads using Mozilla Firefox extension/plugin

    Method 2: File Download App

I would recommend using method 1 as it is easier to setup.
