    Hello anythaoa,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and the submission emails should be sent from the embedded form as well.

I did send a test submission from your web page and it seems the submission email was sent correctly. Can you please check your mailbox and see if you have received both the emails?

Do let us know if you have only received one of them and we will try to figure out the cause of this issue.

You may also like to add a Custom Sender Email in your account use it to send submission emails. The following guides should help you:

I did a test submission in both the direct form and the form on your webpage. I was able to submit the form successfully. When I checked the mail logs, it shows that they were sent properly.

    [2015-05-18 09:59:17] Submission #307766755321688021 Form #51366384725461 SENT to ewebs******@gmail.com from noreply@formresponse.com via SENDMAIL

    [2015-05-18 09:59:09] Submission #307766748321943549 Form #51366384725461 SENT to ewebs******@gmail.com from noreply@formresponse.com via SENDMAIL

Please check your spam folders. If there is any spam filters on your email program or webmail, please make sure that JotForm is not being filtered. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.

Please get back to us if the issue is still the same. Because, it is possible that our server is not allowing your embedded secure form to be sent to your email. Please take note that you are using HTTPS or secure form on your webpage. For free plans, only 10 SSL submissions are allowed. The direct form does not use SSL, compared to the one your embedded on your webpage.

    Hey There,

Yes, Both test form submissions are right in my inbox. not in spam or anything.

But when i fill the form on squarespace. it doesn't send email in my inbox. But submission saved in jotform and visible on form submissions on jotforms.

On the other hand, when i fill form on jotform url. it send me a email and also data save in jotform.

Still, I am not getting my submissions on square space in my inbox.

Please let me know what is the solution for this issue?

Please re-embed the iFrame form on your webpage. I can see that the SRC is https but not https://secure. I believed you just added 's' on http when you embedded the form.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.me/form/51366384725461" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:4791px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

The direct JotForm URL is not using SSL which is why you were able to receive it.
