my uploaded form has not arrived

I was told a few days , then last Friday , I still don't have it , im holding off my employer to show him a sample of why the company should use jot form , can you please advise when I will be able to do this .

I am sorry for I am not able to understand at first how you meant you 'uploaded' the form..

Were you perhaps referring to an imported form from FormCentral?

Please proved clarity on the issue and we will check them.

I did checked your jotform account/username Mickmcevoy  and I noted that there was no form yet under the account.

You will need to create the form first using the Form Builder if it is not an imported from other form provider like Formcentral.

We will wait for your updated response.
