    Hi there,

when someone fill my form and  but yes (or no) in a specific question appears a info message, but when i print the submission I want to see the info messagge if the condition wasn't satify. What I have to do?

In attacched you can see it: when you put "no" in the question " è un nuovo dipendente", the messagge "aprire la nuova check list" should not appear when i print it.

    Thank you very much

Just to clarify, you want the field to show up in the printed document event though it is hidden for some submissions?

If I may ask, how are you printing the submissions, are you exporting them using excel or printing them using the PDF under the form submissions

If you are printing them using the PDF you have to enable 'Show text and headers' and also disable the 'Auto Hide Empty fields'

Ok, but in this way (check show headers and text) during the print I see ALL the text but I would like to print ONLY the text that deriving from specific answer.

    Is it possible?

Do you print the submissions by downloading it as a PDF document in the submission area? Unfortunately, it is not possible. What you see in the PDF document when you downloaded it, is what you get when you print it. Hope this answered your question. Thank you.
