I am trying to create a contract where the person filling out the form fills out the blank spots and the full narration is included in the results I receive. How do I do this?

    Hi,

While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:

Here is a bit more in depth guide on having your printed/PDF form look like the full contract:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

This will include the full headers and text of your submission while printing or creating a PDF of your submission data.

You can also include a copy of the PDF along with your notifications so that you and your or your users can have a PDF copy of the full contract.  While editing your notification, there is an option you can click to add the PDF link:
