We use Jotform seasonally, so we need to downgrade our subscription at this time from Premium to Starter. When I choose "downgrade" I get a window that asks to Confirm Cancellation. I just want to make sure this is canceling the Premium subscription and not our entire account.

You will only cancel your current subscription and switch to a free plan which will only make your account be able to use less space and accept less submissions. Other than that, there will be no changes made to your account.
If you want to be sure that everything went properly, you can also let us know that you wish us to cancel the account for you or that you have cancelled and wish that we check it out for you.
- To confirm downgrading only changes plan, but your account is not cancelled in the process. If you are over the limits of the plan that you switch to however you will receive an email notification mentioning this.
