I followed the directions on how to delete form, however it does not work. I really like some of the features for your free forms, but it really sucks to have to wait on an e-mail response when you are trying to complete a form. I've alread worked on a form for about 45 mins only to have it not save!! and still cannot get it to save from a form I've already cloned.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've cloned a form of yours and made some changes on it. I wasnt't able to replicate the same issue. Can you please try to clean your browser's cache or try it with a different browser? Meanwhile, you can also use www.jotform.net. Let us know if the problem persist. So we can investigate further. We'll be waiting for your response.
