Can I refresh the form after each submission

Hello- 

I will be using my jotform to gather contact information at a conference and would like to have the form refresh after each submission. Is there a setting that will allow this form to do this? 

When you say "refreshed" you mean the unfilled state of your form, is that correct?

I have cloned your form and noticed that you already set up a Thank-You message after your form submits.

 What I would recommend for you to do is use the "Custom URL" option of the Thank You Page Wizard instead.

Then, enter your form URL on the field provided after clicking Next. Then, click Finish.

So every time your form is submitted it will just load the same form again.

Otherwise, you can put the URL of the web page where your form is embedded.
