- Cristian LopezAsked on May 18, 2015 at 08:57 PMHello everyone, I am a teacher and create a Google Site to be communicated with my students, to upload files to study , etc. On this site I have stayed a form of JotForm so that students can upload their doubts , believe it yesterday and it seemed a good idea , I made 10 submissions to test the systems and notifications, and the next day ( today ) I got an email in which I stated that my account would be disabled for the reason of having exceeded the limits , thought they were 100 per month , anyone can help me ? You have exceeded your SSL submission limit which is 10. So, basically you will not be able to receive any submission until the counter resets on the first of each month.
Be aware that you can either reach limit with 100 or 10 SSL submissions, whichever hist first.
In order to disable SSL submission:
1. Click on the "Embed Form" button on the top toolbar.
2. Uncheck the "Secure Form" box in the Form Embed Wizard and choose your preferred Form Embed Method.
Only for this time I have reset your SSL counter to 0. Your form should be available now. Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
