Hello, We have recently transferred our forms across to Jotforms from Forms central. We have a bunch of forms that had been set up with specific email notifications in Forms Central.
Does this configuration carry across to each form automatically in Jotforms? Or will we need to individually re-configure each form with the appropriate email configurations?

To my understanding you wish to know if your email configurations are transfered to jotform alongside of the imported forms.
As far as I know of it should import your forms themselves according to how they existed before they were imported into jotform.
Unfortunately though, that is something that I will have to check with our developers about since my knowledge for the email being transferred inside it is rather limited and I would prefer to give you the exact information about it instead of the wrong information if I can help it so I will find out.
Regardless though, we'd be more than happy to check and help you with this. I believe what you are asking about is likely email configuration that a copy of your submissions is sent to for your email address once your form is filled in which would be known here as the email notification. But if that isn't correct and you are asking about something else please correct me and let us know.

Hi, yes that's correct the email configurations in Forms Central and if they are carried over to Jotforms, can you please check this for us? As it will save a bunch of time if we don't have to set this up for each form.
There is a functionality currently set up to:
- Send email notification when submissions are received
- Include the submitted data (all data from the form) with the email
- Send the sender a copy of the form data once the form is submitted, so the email will vary each time depending on who submits the form.

I did some tests and it seems when you import a FormsCentral form, it imports the form with its settings. It seems it creates a new notification email alert per form.
As I cannot do further test by creating a new form, I am not sure what happens when if the formscentral form has an auto-responder email alert.
Let me try to answer you based on the functionality you need:
Send email notification when submissions are received - As mentioned earlier, when you import an Adobe FormsCentral form, it automatically adds a new email alert.
Include the submitted data (all data from the form) with the email - A new email alert will always display all data form form. You do not have to do any changes but just need to add an email alert in form.
Send the sender a copy of the form data once the form is submitted, so the email will vary each time depending on who submits the form. - You will have to add a "Form Autoresponder" in your form which will send submission email to the person who submitted your form. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

It looks like there has been no transfer of email configuration on our forms.
Thank you for the information, that's great.

You are welcome.
When you import a form, you should see a new notification email alert with all the fields is added to your form.
