JS embedded form not working on my site

    hello sir, my jotform is not work on my site... please help me...

    Hello candylipz.

    There appears to be a conflict between the JQuery library on your website, and the script of the embedded form.

    On your website, please try embedding your form as an iFrame embed instead of the currently used embed method. This will prevent any scripting conflicts, and your form should work correctly.
