When a customer chooses a product that is set up in the Payment choice, the product does not show up on the notification form, please help

I have reviewed your form and I am seeing that your email notifications has been set up correctly. I also did a test submissions and I received the autoresponder showing the selected event.
Can you confirm that you are still experiencing this issue? If so, please delete your current email notification and autoresponder and create it once again.
