Please disable or delete all the saved Conditions that are in red. These are broken conditions that apply to fields which no longer exist. As such, these rules should be either removed or disabled.

After removing all the broken rules, your form Question 8 was functioning properly for me.

Please try removing said conditions and let us know how it goes.
